Industry Experience Makes the Difference

Matty Culbreth-Notaro became a partner in GCRM, Inc. in November of 2006, bringing over seventeen years of experience in the healthcare industry, of which thirteen of those years were specifically dedicated to the Biomedical Clinical Research field. Matty previously held the position of Clinical Trials Manager at a local area clinic, where she succesfully implemented and managed a thriving clinical research practice that managed hundreds of clinical trials.

Matty is an an expert in the field of Biomedical Clinical Research Management and possesses an extensive background in healthcare, human subject protection, regulatory compliance and physician business development. Matty was instrumental in the initial development of this research practice and over the previous years, her focus has been in business development, physician practice support, and clinical research practice management. Matty holds a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Florida State University.

Tonya Dorisca, MBA, DA

Tonya Dorisca became a partner in GCRM, Inc. in November of 2006 and is focused on healthcare administration, pharmaceutical clinical trial development and physician practice research support. During the past three years her focus has been in business development, technology support, contractual and budget administration, and organizational operational support. She was previously OSP manager at a local area clinic.

Tonya was a key player in the development of research at sister locations, transitioning the biomedical research department from a mainframe to an integrated billing, tracking and financial management system. She also implemented effective financial recovery procedures which substantially increased departmental revenue and clinical trial closure accuracy. Tonya holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in Business from Nova Southeastern University.
